Great colleagues, people in the office are friendly and easy to talk to.
I believe Mastercard has one of the best office cultures, and the hierarchy is quite flatline in the sense where everyone is very open minded and likes to socialise and co-operate smoothly.
The working culture is quite flat. Junior staff are quite easily able to approach senior colleagues for clarification and questions. The organisation also has many social events that occur throughout the year and encourages employees to join and take part. These events range from Trivia Nights to Volunteering - there is always an opportunity to be involved. Mastercard also has employee resource groups (ERGs) across a number of different areas. As a graduate you are already enrolled into the Young Professionals (YoPros) which is an employee resource group focused on professional development and excelling in your career at Mastercard. There are a number of events run each year that graduates are a part of including the Mastercard Innovation Challenge (in conjunction with other universities), Trivia Nights, volunteering, and general "grad hangouts" that occur regularly.
