Non-customer facing role (software engineering) so dress code is casual.
The office is very nice and we also have staff parking. Dress code is casual, however when we attend client meetings/workshops we will definitely dress up more business formal.
The office is great. Staff are given parking access which is helpful for many people who live further away. The facilities are also great - we have a drinks fridge that is restocked regularly that employees can use. Lots of seating areas for lunch, work etc. The office is outside the CBD, but that is the tradeoff of having parking.
