Very flexible with hours and WFH/WFE
Very flexible! I feel very supported when adjusting my working arrangements. We also have a working from elsewhere policy that allows us to work remotely.
Working arrangements (at least in the team I'm in) are very flexible. We are required to be in 3 days a week, but this is not mandatory. There is also the flexibility to work from other offices around the world (a perk). Hours are not an issue as long as work is done.
