Hours are fairly standard, however deadlines can mean you are required to work longer at times. Happy for you to work from home once a week, and provide equipment to facilitate this if needed.
Flexible working is offered - 2 days per week. Hours fluctuate depending on certain jobs at the time
I regularly work from home 1-2 days week. It is not uncommon for people to stay back passed 5pm, but in my team my boss is very understanding and is happy for you to work less hours on one day if you work long hours on another day.
