On a team level, we all get on very well and work cohesively together.
Mirvac is famed for its flexible working, and so it should be. I'm able to work from home, to take two hours out of my week to establish work-life balance, and I can come to work in a beautiful office everyday. These things all combine to make a comfortable, supportive culture. It really feels as though I'm coming to a happy place to work, though one day I may be sitting next to the CEO, to my manager, to somebody in a different area entirely. We all know each other and that dramatically removes silos. I can easily watch our executive team lead the business and it's incredible. Mirvac is really proud of its people.
