There is a large amount of cooperation and teamwork within the team when it is required. The hierarchy consists of a large team divided into sub teams with a fairly even distribution of junior, mid-level and senior engineers.
I got involved in some out-of-work gatherings immediately, and there are often team-building activities. Colleagues are all very friendly, and managers are easy to talk to with regular one-on-ones.
Everyone at the office is so approachable! I have many work mates from other teams. I moved interstate to work at this company and I have even made friends at work where we have gone onto road trips together.
Generally everyone is very nice and friendly and approachable. Everyone is always keen to help, and the work place encourages a work life balance. I have definitely made a lot of friends that I can interact with outside of work.
