Our team is very diverse.
Plenty of women who work with me, ethnicity isn't an issue and my LGBT colleagues are just normal colleagues. As far as I know, the company is generous with child care stuff but I'm not too certain on that front.
We are definitely growing in this aspect but there is room for improvement.
There are not many women in leadership positions, if they were more committed the ratio would not be so bad in the teams. Women need more representation in higher positions.
