The company has its own learning modules for gaining info about the company. There are alot of resources available in confluence for learning skills. I have mainly picked up cloud skills from on the job training.
Graduates have training workshop days with Fusion Workshops where different topics are discussed and exercises are done in groups. They usually aim to develop soft skills like stress-management, mindfulness, prioritisation and delegation.
