People are mostly friendly and helpful. There isn't much culture after hours for the business hubs because most people are remote, but there are occasional social events.
People are positive and always happy to help each other. There is a big fitness culture after hours at work to take part in i.e. running club.
Culture is by and large very good. Many more senior employees are willing to help out graduates with tasks and teach them the ropes. Main issue is that there is often poor communication and conflict between teams which hurts the culture. Additionally, there is a lot of blame that is thrown around, with people not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
I really enjoy working with my colleagues; even if our team is being 'rebuilt' at the moment due to OD changes, it has been great to meet different people from different departments, even if there are older colleagues and not many young people at times. Our team operates with a strong sense of collaboration and mutual support, which is especially important given our small size. While there is a formal structure in place, the hierarchy doesn't feel rigid — everyone contributes and works together in a way that feels inclusive and cooperative. It's easy to approach others, regardless of role, and we genuinely look out for one another to get things done effectively.
