The firm is taking meaningful steps in the sustainability space, and it’s been great to see the progress as they build out their ESG framework. There’s a real focus on understanding the environmental and social impact of the business, as well as how we can support clients on their own sustainability journeys. Even as a graduate, I’ve had the chance to learn about these initiatives and see how they’re being integrated into our work. It’s encouraging to be part of a firm that recognises the importance of ESG and is actively working towards making a positive difference.
I would rate Nexia’s commitment to reducing their environmental impact highly. The office itself is very sustainable, with a 5 Star Green Star rating and high NABERS ratings. The firm also places a strong focus on CSR, supporting over 50 charities in various ways. Additionally, I know the firm is actively focusing on Sustainability and ESG services for clients.
