No promotion opportunities have arisen yet as i have only been a full-time engineer for just over a year.However, career support, mentoring, and general guidance has been made available to assist in figuring out where i want my career to go, so this will likely help me to more explicitly shape my career goals.
There is plenty of support here to grow into becoming an experienced engineer on the team.The managers allow me time to work through learning materials separate to my work, so i can become more effective in the long term.
There is a good emphasis on goal setting and mentor experiences.
Opportunities for career progression is which limiting based on my electrical major and a lack of rotation to see what part of the business you would like to work in.
