Fast paced and stressful but has a lot of great people there to support.I would say slightly toxic to those who dont perform as well because its such a time sensitive and stressful environment
The workplace culture is something that could use a little bit of work.The culture is not "bad" or "negative", it just isn't really there.Social events are limited, distribution of desk locations to different teams on different days can reduce opportunities to interact people outside the immediate team environment.There is currently work being done to increase the social elements though, particularly within the early careers space with the revamping of the "young professionals network (ypn)".
Everyone in our team is really humble, kind and supportive.
Good office culture, but difficult fitting in as a new recruit.
Easy to get along with.
