I think they are great mentors but sometimes lack communication
My manager is very supportive and willing to discuss ideas.He always backs the team up where necessary to ensure that we're not overloaded, and that our work is appreciated.
Very good managers who allow me to be independent and give me meaningful tasks.The team is very lean so each individual is important.
