Everyone was helpful and nice
The interview process for the internship i began at nga in was centered around an assessment day with many applicants.This made the process a little bit less stressful, as you were there with many others in a similar position.To move into my current role, i had a few relatively informal interviews with management, and the process was quite smooth to transition.
I was very happy with the interview.I was given the chance to be interviewed by very experienced people within the company, which i think is best because they can evaluate you more fairly than an interviewer who is less experienced.That being said their time is also more valuable, so i'm grateful for that.
The interview process was welcoming, and the assessments were well structured.
Easy, straight forward and wasn't too difficult being a recent graduate.
