Quarterly connection, external courses available and mentoring from more experienced employees
I haven't had too many opportunities to attend many training programs as of yet, however defence hosted training courses are available around the country.I attended a week-long training program in melbourne earlier this year and it was a great experience - both for the training itself and due to the great travel program that ng offer for this purpose.
I'm given the opportunity to work through learning materials outside of my work tasks, which is very helpful for understanding the work.The company pays for access to linkedin learning and i believe other sources so there is plenty of content to choose from.
Probationary reports and mentoring circles are implemented into the workplace
External training such as dasa is interesting, and lots to learn from these courses.
