Our team has a great culture and work well together. We regularly go out as a team for team lunch or dinner which gives us stronger bonds.
The workplace culture is fine, particularly in the office, but the after-hours culture is pretty non-existent (at least in my experience). Probably reflective of mostly remote working, but also the average age demographic being a bit older. Within office hours, most colleagues are very social, cooperative and engaged in teamwork.
The workplace culture is generally very friendly and welcoming. Everyone treats each other with respect and kindness. The social side of work depends on the agency/team. Some teams enjoy having lunch with each other whereas others are happy to have after work drinks. However, this may differ depending on what agency/team you are a part of. It is usually dependent on how small/big the agency is and whether senior management is good or not.
