Previously it was kind of divisive where there are certain barriers, but lately, it had garnered and fostered a more cohesive workplace culture where understanding and cooperation has been on the rise
Divided. People are afraid of being responsible for an issue - history of bad press coverage has individuals reluctant to take responsibility (fear of legal trouble / getting fired) and poor leadership decisions have introduced ridiculour amounts of redtape that now hurt more than the original lack of oversight. Many processes/red tape aren't even enforced equally or properly leading to more issues. As a grad can make work feel slow or unchallenging. Generally people like to aspire to "better" ways of doing things, but seem uninterested in actually supporting / advocating for these new ideas. Individual people are nice, but this is a company you go to if you want to survive, not thrive.
Very flat structure in tech as most senior employees are receptive and open to helping out juniors.
