Certain dress code are probably required in terms of roles they are on, but we can dress casually as long as it is appropriate and convenient. Office is a rare gem with in house food court, and very spacious (apart from the cost of the parking)
Big campus which is nice. Office equipment very inconsistent, some people have standing desks with ultrawide monitors, other people crammed into little desks with old chairs and small monitors. Location is inconvinent for me (Macquarie Park), but will depend on where you live. Gym and parking on site, but you have to pay. Prices are similar to surrounding private parking / gym chains in the area so not much reason to use them. Free doctor on site is nice. Cafes onsite but expensive compared to nearby macquarie center.
Dress code varies between teams, for tech, the dress code is very flexible. The only con is the location of the office as it is not in a convenient location.
