Was doing a time when it was covid, so in addition to having it online, it was a time when it was actually a factor that was most assistive because of my hearing impairment, which conducting the interview online, CC (Closed Captioning) was a boon to supporting me as it would help in communications (Its still does)
Mostly personality based interviewing, not much technical, zero coding or system design interviews. Delays in hearing back from recruiters, had to chase up if I was moved forward or not (on one occasion if I had not done this it is likely my application would have been lost and I would have been dropped from selection)
Standard process- resume & cover letter submission, hireview, phone screening, assessment centre, final interview.
