Mileage might vary per team. Personally, very little training and despite raising strengths + weaknesses in interview process was put in a team with very little domain knowledge. Not given access to seniors to learn from/seniors are overloaded with work so no time to help you. There is a free suscription you can use to access online training but entirely a sidethought you need to explore yourself (and decide what course might be the most useful). When you are able to get access to someone with experience they will be friendly although might be difficult to get answers broken down into easier to process segments.
Training is self directed, there aren't any effective formal programs in place to train graduates.
