While in the graduate program I don't think there will be a lot of moving up in the company, as we change roles every 12 months. Each rotation however managers will be giving feedback that determines where we may sit in the company after the graduate program finishes.
There is definitely room to move in the first 5 years but after that point you tend to become more specialised as there are not a great deal of management roles to aim for in our function within the business
Too early to tell from experience but apparently possibilities are good.
