I work in an excellent team, very social and although there is a hierarchy they are all very approachable and helpful.
There are a lot of good people to work with in my immediate team. Socialising is a must as we all live in a rural location away from our places of berth. The hierarchy of the company is going through a lot of changes at the moment which is something that will sort its self out in time
