Good mix of interesting, technical work that supports my learning along with the less fun but still important document updating, less technical work but still developing important skills in those non-technical areas.

Great opportunity to work on projects and tasks that have impact. The risk is that graduates will take the skills learned and leave to another company if pay for FTE and opportunity prospects dont change
