The firm works hard to promote a health and inclusive culture and is always open to new initiatives that can see the firm grow closer together.
Positive and nice staff. The chain of command is clear in the office. and this structure helps with being organised and efficient. Some people do care more about hierarchy than others, but my overall experience has been positive. Outside of the office I have built connections with people within the office.
Workplace culture is good both professionally and socially. Professionally the teams are structured in a hierarchal manner and work is delegated on this basis.
