The pay is competitive with other mid-tier law firms in the Melbourne market
For a first job out of university - the job and pay is good when working at a mid-tier law firm. Excluding this, my firm has been good with paying for ubers after work events, ubers when working late with a partner's approval, really great study leave policy (the maximum under the relevant award). Every staff member also gets a free coffee every morning from the coffee shop in our building we have a tab with. I don't have as clear of an idea about any other unusual perks once I move to a lawyer position after my graduate year. But as a law graduate this has been my experience.
Cab charges and complimentary dinners for working later hours, snacks, drinks and functions including Christmas parties, EOFY parties, generous study leave policy
Pay is good but less than other firms of similar size.
No perks, the pay is definitely below market expectations for a mid-tier firm considering it is AUD 96450 (superannuation inclusive).
