My supervisor has been fantastic, very hands on and approachable and great feedback. I do think I got the luck of the draw as your experience as a graduate is dependent on the time and attention your supervisors take to train you and help you learn
Our managers have an open door policy and are willing to speak to us at an appropriate time if requested. They are also committed to our learning and are willing to answer more technical questions and provide guidance where needed. They provide feedback when requested and on specific tasks we have performed in terms of noting improvements for next time.
Some are great. Others are not. Most are committed to helping junior employees and treating them respectfully.
I enjoy working with the seniors in my team.
