Compared to other friends who are in a similar position, the work life balance is excellent. Although there is the usual late night, they are few and far between. However, when you do work late, others are also and there is great sense of team. Otherwise, if you manage to complete your tasks within the standard working day, there is no problem leaving at the end of the day.
In certain teams within the firm there is a great work life balance but others there is less of a presence. My supervisor has been great with being flexible with study leave and working from home when absolutely necessary. However, there isn't a work from home system and as a graduate it not offered at all. In certain teams however they work from home at least once a week.
We are expected to work in the office on-site 5 days a week and work hours can vary based on the urgency of work that is circulating during a certain week. It is common to be asked to stay back to work later hours.
Not flexible with remote work. Hours are good (occasionally have to stay late but that isn't an issue as work/life balance is still great).
Not super flexible but it is understandable due to the nature of the work.
