All level of managers are accessible. You'll work with them in projects, meet them at hub for coffee. Communication is regularly happening.
Yes I believe we have great mentors at Pitchers. My manager and I have regular catch ups to ensure that I am on the right track. I have a rapport with her that allows me to feel comfortable coming to her with questions or concerns I am having. The partners are also very friendly and make an effort to also be a resource for us even though they are very busy.
