The process is lengthy and very involved
The application for this graduate program was more involved compared to a non-graduate role. The application involved submission of short answer questions / resume, followed by psychometric testing, followed by an assessment day. The assessment day involved group testing and one on one interviews. Despite the lengthy application process expectations were clearly communicated in a timely manner.
The interview process was much more thorough the other companies that I had applied for. It was not base off some IQ test. The assessment of presentation and team collaboration skills along with the opportunity to speak with some of the employees really elevated the experience beyond what other companies provide. The interview experience was just a good.
Throughout the application process there was regular communication and updates on where we were at currently and what was coming up. I believe the process was submitting an application form, which was used to create a shortlist of applicants. Then we conducted psychometric testing with a flexible 2-week window to finish it. Then there was an assessment day which was not only assessing the applicants but allowed the applicants to decide if this was a place we wanted to work at. Overall, the experience was very smooth and transparent compared to other interviews that I did that I waited months to hear anything.
