The interview process I went through consisted of seven stages, which I found to be quite comprehensive. While it was a lengthy process, I understand that this level of screening is necessary to identify the most suitable candidates, especially for graduate roles. What stood out to me was how casual and conversational the initial stages were. This helped ease my nerves and made me feel more comfortable and confident moving forward. It created a welcoming first impression of the company. The case study stage was by far the most challenging part of the process. It required a deep level of analysis and problem-solving, which I believe was designed to test both technical and critical thinking skills under pressure.
