I would rate my employer’s commitment to reducing environmental impact as very good. The company has made significant improvements in recent years and is now considered one of the industry leaders in sustainability. What stands out is that almost everyone in the company understands the basic concepts of sustainability, which reflects strong internal communication and awareness. There have been clear efforts and initiatives aimed at becoming more sustainable—both in current operations and in long-term planning. It’s encouraging to see that sustainability is not just a buzzword but is being actively integrated into the company’s culture and practices.
In this factory, we rechipping some material that we used, to be recycled and Reusing it for our product. Its a pretty nice sustainibility efforts that we have there.
