Great framework in place for informal training where your seniors respectfully provide assistance and help with uplifiting your skills. Formal training is also in place virtually and in person. Vertual training on updates in your field, new technologies/AI and many more are consistently provided to staff. Mainly graduates but other staff also have mandatory training annually, which usually take place in-person and is a great way to learn and interact with the work and other staff in your level.
There are a few a trainings that are mandatory for a graduate to do during their time as a graduate and are different for each line of service. couches are very friendly and supportive. skills such as effective communications, critical thinking and time managements that I have improved in the time that I have been here. Also regular formal technical trainings are required for everyone to upskill.
