Financial Audit is broken up into 'communities' with industry-focus. My community's culture is really quite great - I get great support and everyone is generally positive, however this doesn't seem to be consistent across the office. All of the graduates that are part of the same intake generally form their own group and stick together for much of their time as grads. This extends into after-hours work events and general grad catch-ups outside of work. I highly recommend being an active member of your grad group and taking part in QAO's Social Club.
QAO puts a lot of effort into maintaining a positive workplace culture. This is highlighted by events such as all-staff days, and the annual QAO mini-olympics which is a blast. The QAO Social Club is also a fantastic initiative; they put on events approximately monthly ranging from after-work drinks (great if you're new to the city) to the coveted Mario Kart tournament. There is a clear structure and hierarchy to teams, but there's no sense of someone being so 'high up' they are unreachable. In fact, leaders are often at the social club events.
Workplace has a social club, for around $7 a fortnight you get access to many events hosted after work. During work hours the office has a good culture. You will generally form good relationships with people in your community/teams
