Culture isn't amazing. People generally keep to themselves.
Was good, is now pretty soulless with some people being taken onto new projects whilst the remainder being left behind. Lots of whispering. A lot of word salad from senior leadership with providing any real certainty to employees that may be affected by organizational changes. Very limited socialisation. Cooperation as required.
So far everyone has been accepting and supportive. The hierarchy is made up of competent leaders. Collaboration and socialising amongst my peers are great.
