The pay is a great starting salary. I soon moved into higher duties so the pay increased from the starting graduate salary of 70000. Accrued Time Leave is a great benefit where any work you complete over your typical hours is accrued as leave. WFH is great - only have to be in the office twice a week and can start and finish whenever you like.
