Some managers and mentors are friendly and helpful. Whereas as others do not seem interested in knowledge sharing. Performance Feedback is often lacking substance.
My managers are very easily accessible. I can always ask for any feedback and they are always happy to provide pointers, and are equally available to receive feedback.
Both my previous and current line managers in my current workplace have been easily reachable, excellent mentors and are people I can talk to about anything. Their commentary and feedback I feel has been crucial for my development, mental health and confidence.
