Very supportive enviroment
RAA's culture is probably the best in the state. Everyone is extremely respectful and kind, trusting each other to do their work. The work hours are very flexible and there's also a social club which allows us to interact with the rest of the business. The execs are also very friendly.
Fairly quiet in my department. However, good culture overall coming in as a graduate. People always willing to help and answer questions. Socialising could be more prevalent and good to build further connections with others.
