RAA allows for flex-work depending on your role. This allows you to adjust your work location and timings as needed and upon your manager's approval.
RAA is amazing in terms of work hours and flexibility. Depending on your business unit, you can generally work the hours you want whether that's 8am - 4pm or 10pm to 6pm. We also generally have 2 days working from home which is great.
