I had a long recruitment process as there was many stages, but it was worth it.
Interview process and assessments were above average in terms of content and engagement; featuring a in-person assessment centre which was really great in getting a better understanding of racv and let me show my personality and drive. The assessment centre featured two group activities. The activities we did, while not related to the organisation, were great at identifying innate qualities of the candidates, because they didn't rely on our knowledge of day to day operations. (something that shouldn't be expected of a grad), but rather our thinking processes, and our collaboration/teamwork skills. The interview featured two team members from my selected department. The interviewers were really relaxed and friendly, and the interview felt more like a conversation than any other interview i have completed, (some other interviews elsewhere feeling more like an interrogation)
It was fairly similar to other companies however the activities and assessments were more creative and enjoyable
The online interview process was precise and engaging. The assessment centre was a great display of the company's values and work style. The variety in activities allowed for all my attributes to be uncovered and were also engaging and enjoyable. I could tell the company was willing to invest resources into my development even at the assessment stage.
The hiring process is fairly consistent with other companies, the activities are a bit more enjoyable however.
