There was a one-day induction, which was mostly getting into tech related topics. Day threw us in the deep end with our new managers but this was great from the perspective of us grads. We have had formal learnings intermittently, and catch-ups with the grad program manager to touch base. We have both a higher up mentor as well as a grad buddy from the grad cohort last year. Both are great in having a point of contact outside of our normal manager. So far i have picked up a multitude of skills such as product analysis, data extraction, monthly reporting, pricing strategy, and presentation skills to name a few.
