The store is clean, and staff is friendly. Everyone is in the right uniform of the navy Reece shirt and pants with steel-cap boots.
The office spaces in branches are adequate for what they need to be used for. The Works is immaculate and one of the best office buildings I have ever seen. The dress code is mostly uniforms except in Works based roles.

Dress code is dark navy pants and tucked in t-shirt, with jacket or polar fleece etc.. all navy. The offices and facilities are all nice and clean and in good locations.
