If you join as a grad you will have your cohort and able to socialise with colleagues in other divisions of RSM. There is a social club that regularly meets and firm-wide events that are held that give heaps of opportunities for socialising amongst colleagues.
The workplace culture is overall positive, it is both professional and personable. There are regular social events organised both through the social club and impact committee -such as Trivia nights and Sol Paddle sessions - as well as self-driven events that are more spontaneous and less structures - such as drinks after work on a Friday night.
Workplace culture is amazing and very supportive learning environment! Lots of social events too to bond with my teammates!
