For my role I believe it was a unique experience. I only had to complete a video interview then one round of face-to-face to face interviews with x2 Managers and then I was offered the role. I understand that in 2025, assessment centres were organised for candidates in the Melbourne office.
The interview process was very well organised and straightforward. I appreciated having two interview-style conversations, which allowed me to first understand what the role would encompass and then return with more specific questions. This structure gave me time to reflect and engage more meaningfully in the second conversation, helping me gain a clearer understanding of the expectations and opportunities within the role.
It was a seamless, smooth sailing experience when applying for RSM graduate program back then, every stage was easy to navigate with ample instructions and guidance provided!
