There are tax training events to inform each of us of the most recent tax news and cases, lunch and learns on various topics, and within my team my manager does weekly catch ups on a personal basis where we look over any feedback we have for each other.
Monthly coaching catch ups, internal technical trainings and quarterly performance plans have been really effective! Looking to pick up more technical tools going forward!
