RSM has a hybrid working policy. In my team, managers are encouraged to spend more time in the office to assist and mentor their juniors who are also expected to be in the office.
Pretty flexible
Remote work is currently less available to me as I am in need extra support as an undergrad. However, it is a very adaptive firm with a progressive attitude in regards to the changing society. They are happy to accommodate for appointments, study leave and other elements that call for flexible working arrangements.
7.5 hours per day. 5 work days a week.
