Very positive culture, the people at the company are great and there haven't been any major demands from what I'm aware of. There's plenty of socializing opportunities set up by the company such as events, sports and quick meets.
Regular social events, organized by an employee run committee, outside of hours. Also, regular within hours events as well. Co-operation and teamwork have steadily improved while I have been there, but some improvements can still be made. Sometimes, there are communication barriers due to department workloads.
