Started with generic online cognitive tests paired with an online one way interview that most companies use. After this I attended a discovery day at the office consisting of 50 people consisting of group assessments and one on one interviews. The discovery day felt pretty engaging and I enjoyed it.
Quite easy to understand the process and where I was. Feedback was quick, was not left in limbo. Maybe more detail on the exact work scope of my workplace would have been valuable
