My manager is very accessible. With any question, I feel no hesitation to contact them through various ways and ask for help. This extent of support from my mentor has made my internship environment extremely comfortable.
Managers are easily accessible and are good mentors. Support is always provided to help you succeed.
I have never had a bad manager yet. Everyone has been very easy to work with and receive advice from. I have always been able to have a chat with all of my managers at each of my rotations.
As a graduate you have your home manager (Head of People & Culture), the graduate coordinator, a previous graduate as a mentor as well as a Senior Mentor, who is a person from the Senior Management team. I also get to deal directly with the CEO.
Managers are very accessible and are usually open to a conversation or meeting. The graduates are usually given mentors (both senior and grad mentors), however I have found that I engage more with my colleagues/managers from my rotations who have become my mentors. They get to know me better and are always willing to answer my questions, help me understand the role and check in to see how I'm going after I leave.
