Lots of great opportunities to get involved on interesting projects. Stockland has good upward mobility from graduate, to adm, to dm and above. Equally it has good sideways mobility where you can move across projects, taking more responsibility on smaller projects or less responsibility but exposing yourself to bigger projects.
The data and technology teams have grown since covid, and majority of graduates stay at stockland after completing the 2-year graduate program. However, your progression is dependent on whether your team / department has capacity for junior roles or if they are seeking more mid-to-high level senior roles for their projects. you should prioritise upskilling in spare time and showing interest in new projects to demonstrate your long-term value.
