Great culture of being willing to assist and help each other. Monthly social drinks, fortnightly lunch and learns and then team lunches etc is a great culture.
The social culture for graduates is very good, however there are no stockland sports teams or social groups to join specifically. the company does have networking events (e.g. Property development conferences) throughout the year and one-off sports days, alongside graduate workshops to get to know your peers.
